Locked my staff member out last night and had to sort him another place to stay. Staff unhelpful Unwelcoming

The property was unclean and did not provide the services or facilities advertised.
Booked at the last minute due to a change of plans. The staff onsite were friendly and helpful but the first worrying sign was the hall and stairs leading to the room which had piles of general stuff in every corner, up against doors and overflowing from cupboards. The room was large but had clearly not been hoovered for a while. The bathroom was in a poor condition. And there were stains on the pillow cases and towels. Overall not a great experience.

The toilet area was not clean, the hand basin and tap very poor. A vacuum cleaner could have made the carpet cleaner, milk and cups were missing. The stairs up to the room were a hazard. The only good point was clean bedding.
GBThe place was in a great area got of the train and the pub is there,the price was great not noisy our room had 2 windows so it was the top feathers
They were item around landings and boxes outside private rooms in our room hard to get to sockets,one bedside lamp beside right side bed the other was on floor by unit,shower head still broken(someone put on there review)toilet wasn't cleaned loads of urine and faeces (i brought toiletwipes to clean)the toilet duck attached to rim was empty,wash basin was thick with scum(i cleaned)rubbish behind tv unit,dust behind kettle unit and thank you a can of lager which I left on top when we left.pillows need replacing very thin the mattress doesn't fit bed it was like we had been given a room of a person that is living there...I do understand it was cheap but still the room should of been cleaned and shower head fixed

GBCan’t go wrong on value for money! The room was clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was great. Right next to the train station and the prince of wales pub was nice too.
