Had no heat or Internet

Stayed 2 nights in a row because of weather, staff was professional a d iw as able to get my same room

Bed is a little too firm for my liking but it was a place to sleep and not drive home in bad weather

Bed was a little uncomfortable but that could just be me

The location was good. The room was clean and had clean towels, shampoo and soap

There was no person in the lobby. Only a person on a computer screen. Someone spilled something in the hall after the cleaning staff left and there was no one but to see it. I would have to communicate the problem on a computer screen. That is not my job. Also there were some people hanging out in the parking lot. No person at the front desk to see this.

Room was so dark you could hardly see to read-need brighter lights, The toilet seat was loose, the room had a musty smell the towels were so rough they scratched my face

The room was big

Small bathroom and the TV remote was almost dead

I am furious we booked a deluxe king for 75 we get ther to check it thy had no king deluxe tht was supposed to be the price we spent and get a hot tub in room thy ended up giving us a room of 2 queen beds 😡 toilet didn't flush,things falling apart dirty beds sucked ! The guy on computer screen wasn't helpful at all! We hated it all!
