No furniture. Said no smoking but you could smell prior smokers

Make a reservation and they try and change a king to a double, didn't read notes on reservation for a late check in and a 1st floor room. Call me to see if I'm still coming when it was in the comments. Was put on 2nd floor, no elevators!

It was clean, and quiet.

I booked a king bed room .when I arrived they said they didn't have any king rooms left. There was hardly no guests there, so where did the king room go?

Even though I didn't like interacting with a person on a computer screen, they were very helpful, respectful and friendly. It was an older facility but still clean. it provided what we needed for 1 night.

There were no real people in the lobby. We checked in with a computer kiosk that had a real person on the screen probably located in India. Also the AC didn't really get as cool as I like it at night. But it was bearable.

Milo at the kiosk was very friendly and helpful. Stay was good for the price. Very accommodating for my handicapped spouse. Wish there was daily breakfast but was not needed for my stay.

There was no breakfast,and only a coffee machine that spits out brown water

They changed my credit card twice and four days later have not reimbursed me...

The check in process was quick and smooth even though it was a computerized system. The attendant was very friendly and courteous. It was very quiet.
