"お風呂以外は大満足です♪"

客室や他の場所も清潔で良かった。スタッフのみなさんも、優しくて丁寧に接客してくれた。ビッフェがとても充実してて、食べ過ぎてしまったくらい…笑

お風呂が少し残念だった。２つしかないお風呂がどっちも少し熱くて、身体を冷ますベンチも１つしかなかった…。脱衣所も、もう少しこまめに清掃した方がいいと思う。ドライヤーがリファなのは嬉しかった。

高台にあり熱海の街と海が美しかったです。 お部屋も広く、食事もすべておいしかったです。ビュッフェでは海外の旅行客と日本人のお客さんのスペースを分けていることに感動しました。 スタッフの方々のプロ意識も高く、このホテルでお仕事されてることに誇りを持ってらっしゃるようにも感じました。特にレストラン。。。 ありがとうございました。

部屋のつくりも素晴らしく快適。水のサービス、お風呂上がりのアイスサービスなど細かい気遣いがうれしい。食事も良かった。また、夜食に担々麺のサービスなど 良かった。
