Multi level facilities can be challenge for elders

The hotel in Canada offers a prime location very close to the port, allowing guests to explore most of Montreal easily on foot. The rooms feature a charming historic design with exposed brick walls, and the heated bathroom floors provide added comfort. However, the stay is impacted by noticeable noise, and the front desk staff do not reflect the level of service expected from a luxury hotel, as they seem unaware of activities within and around the property. In addition, Mama C restaurant is extremely overpriced, and the casual bar area offers poor service and food that does not justify the high prices, reducing the overall value of the experience.

The staff was wonderful , the room was beautiful and the location was perfect . We will definitely return .

Our check in process went very smoothly due to 3 very nice gentlemen , Bilal, Masta, and Anis, we had unfortunate issues checking in and out, but with their help everything was taken care and went smoothly.

Perfect location. Have stayed at the Nelligan many times. Renovations very beautiful. Nice to have the rue St Paul put back together. Terrific staff. Wonderful pillows.

We were upgraded to an amazing room - so nice. The Hotel has so much character and has a fantastic vibe and ambiance.
