Staff was nice
Was disappointed that the hot tub is broken they should really put it on the website and the pool they said was also not heated and cold. The room Didn’t look like it had been cleaned in awhile dust was settled in the toilet was out in a room where the jacuzzi tub also wasn’t working. Blow dryer also didn’t work and the bath tub drained water so couldn’t even enjoy that after a very long day of travel.
It was quite awful. the hot tub was. broken, the coffee machine in the room was broken, and the hall was full of yelling children late at night. I also think that the place was depressing looking inside. No color. The breakfast was good on Easter.

I loved this placed I brought my mom and friend and we had so much fun in the pool in hot tub and I haven’t had the breakfast yet but I’m ready for it

I was told o couldn’t check in because I’m a local. The front desk denied my daughter and I when we were there to celebrate her 6th birthday and wanting to use the pool. If I pay for a stay that should be enough. At first we left and as my daughter is crying hysterical because she’s been waiting weeks for this day I had to go back in and give it one more try. Then the front desk said, ooh the only way we rent to locals is a $250 deposit….. understandable but WHY DIDNT SHE TELL ME THAT TO BEGIN WITH?! By far the most frustrating hotel experience I have ever had.
Enjoyed the getaway trip in the jetted tub room. Was able to just relax in peace.
