Bad service
The property was convenient to my sons home. The room was big enough but just did not smell quite fresh. There was a roach carcasse behind the door in bathroom.
Had impossible time trying to change rooms for upgrade. 2 days later got the upgrade to bigger bed and the room had recently â supposedly â been exterminated but I ended up killing 3 cockroaches in the night time hours. Manager of property was no help whats so ever. Will not be using Best Western plus again
The property and room was clean, always is. There was a stale smell in the room, never had that before. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
The front desk people were very friendly and great to work with. My issue was the cleanliness of the room. Upon check in, they make you sign a document committing to not staining furniture, towels, break furniture, leave large amounts of trash etc. They charge your credit card a fee for incidentals. I walked in the room to find the couch like it was in the picture. I wouldnât have sat on that couch even with a hazmat suit on. That is just completely unacceptable to charge for a room in that condition. As a result, I wiped down every counter and surface in the room (to include bathroom), which wasnât better. Luckily I had Lysol wipes and spray with me. In hind sight, I shouldâve asked for a refund and stayed somewhere else. Iâve stayed in a lot of hotels and this one was by far the worst in terms of cleanliness. The front desk rep was great to work with to make sure the incidentals fee was credited to my credit card. I explained to her that they should not ask their customers to sign off on things that are already wrong in the room, and to expect people to stay in a room like this is unacceptable.
It was a great hotel , very nice and clean and the breakfast was amazing
I booked the hotel so I could use the hot tub and exercise room. the hot tub was downright disgusting. The exercise room was barely usable. Treadmill not plugged in, elliptical made a clunking sound with each rotation.
