Needs updating! Bathrooms nasty! Sheets were just awful & had pillings on them big enough you grab with your hands to pull off. Mattress was also awful. Price per night for this stay was ridiculous! Staff for the night time was not pleasant and didn’t explain anything. If you asked a question, she acted like you were such a bother. Staff for the morning was very pleasant and kind. Breakfast was good for a hotel and the staff there was helpful & kind.

The pool wasn't available for use due to the heating being out, mold in the room, weird smell in the room, had to get anew key every time I returned to the room
My stay was very comfortable. The staff made checking in and out a breeze. And the breakfast was outstanding
The place is clean, but the beds are not in good condition and are not for 2 people, they are smaller than a double bed, they do not put mineral water in the rooms and they do not have TV channels for children. They offer breakfast but they only have a Nescafe machine. Another thing I didn't like is that the $100 deposit is returned in 3 to 5 days, which seems exaggerated to me. The point in its favor is the location, it is only 20 minutes from the beach.
Booked the hotel because of the indoor heated pool. Once we arrive we are told Heather wasn’t working, so we were unable to use the pool as it was too cold for us.

The property and my room seemed renovated. I liked the unique picture decorations showing different parts of the wilmington area. The heat didn't work in the indoor pool. The complimentary breakfast was great value.
Liked the heated indoor pool and a decent breakfast. Helpful staff. A couple restaurants to walk to on either side.
Efficient check in. Expected to have to wait since we arrived early but they allowed us to go right to room. Nice room. Pet friendly but no obnoxious pets or barking. Dog run was clean, safe and equipped. Breakfast was nice. Quiet (but was there during week and off season). Easy access to downtown and the river walk. Definitely will stay again.
