"2nd year in a row, even better this year!"

This is our 2nd year staying here, and it has been even better the 2nd time! We love to go on the Santa Train in nearby Walkersville, wander around the streets of downtown Frederick, and come back to this wonderful hotel! This time, we stayed in 311 and there is even a gas fireplace in the suite! The pool was playing Christmas music, and the hot tub was fantastic. The hot breakfast was wonderful and we had a great time!

"One of my favorite hotels"

My girls and I had a mini getaway to one of our favorite Residence Inn … this one 🤗. The sweet girl at the front desk “Rye” upgraded our room to a 2 bedroom and also added a 2 pm late checkout without me even asking . It’s nice to be rewarded for your loyalty. (I’ve been a longtime Marriott Card member.) Thank you again for another wonderful stay . Everything at this hotel is always clean .. and the indoor pool and spa are immaculate as well .

Check in was simple and easy. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast had good options. Pool area decent although we did not use it. Generally the hotel was quiet as well. Would stay again if in the area.

"Great for weekend get-a-way"

We stayed for a wedding. The rooms were quite spacious and very nice. I was surpised to find a stove, dishes, cooking utensils and pots and pans. We literally did not want to leave. It reminded us of a small apartment. Staff was great and very kind. Checking in and out was super easy. Oh and the mobile key was sooo cool! We live in the area so it was quite convient, and the shopping center had everything we needed. Will definately stay again!

The rooms and hallways were very cold, even when changing the thermosat but nothing you couldn't manage. Also first turning on the water the sink water was almost brown, but once we let it run for a minute, it was normal. Honestly there wasn't anything we didnt like, it was little things that could easily be fixed.
