"Fantastic surprise in Southpark"

Great stay. I arrived late (09:30pm) and had staff ready to check me in at the reception. The hotel is very modern and clean, and room is very spacious. In the room, they have a central AC thing that was a little noisy, and they sent the engineer right away to cover it and it fixed my issue right away. The AC from the room is very quiet, and literally perfect for light sleepers. I recommend the stay and will stay there again

My family and I stayed for the Wknd and it was a very positive experience. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was a lot of peace and quiet where we stayed and there were plenty of options for dining and exploring the area. We will definitely be coming back here to stay when we visit Charlotte again.

I was told that the breakfast was complimentary… but I had to pay and I went to the front desk and addressed the issue and nothing was done about it.
