The AC hotel Charlotte South Park exceeded all expectations. The location was great! The staff was friendly and attentive - from front desk team to Abby in the cafe! They property was clean and modern - it was a very enjoyable stay and we will be back!

I liked the fact that the room were very clean and most importantly, it had no carpeting. There was a ton of bench space to put my and my family's luggage so it doesn't have to be on the floor in the corner. There is a light under the bench for ambiance and perfect for storing shoes out of the way, to make space to walk around in the room. The bathroom was exquisite! The overhead rain shower and the wall shower head felt terrific. The water pressure was exceptional! I will definitely stay here again with my family and recommend AC Hotel to my friends.
