AC Hotel SouthPark is the only hotel that I stay in when I come to Charlotte. The aesthetic, the cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff make our stay and experience here so lovely. The breakfast at the AC Kitchen was divine. Abby went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of, and everything was always filled to the brim. AC Kitchen is very lucky to have Abby as their staff, because it’s people like her that make us want to keep coming back!

Absolutely wonderful stay at the AC Hotel Charlotte Southpark. Eva & Asia, at the front desk, were super helpful, polite, patient, and extremely gracious. Then there's Fabiola in the Food Services area - an absolutely LOVELY lady and a true Gem. A consummate professional whose sweetness, and sheer charm enhanced our experience exponentially ! Of all our visits to the Charlotte Southpark area (visiting with family), this is the first time we've stayed at the AC Hotel Charlotte Southpark and we'll definitely be returning ! Please pass this along to the Higher-Up's. You folks deserve high praise for all you do and the extraordinary service you all provide. Thanks so much !
