Hyatt Regency Jersey City on the Hudson

Great hotel with amazing views of NYC and a fantastic location. Overall condition of the property was good, staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was great. Everything came out as expected. Jelyn was very attentive and kind.

Location to port bayonne

My issue isn't with the room. It's Being charged 2 times and I can't get anyone to help. I've been sent on phone to accounting and front desk. I've sent voicemails and sent emails. Noone at all will try to help with this. I haven't been acknowledged at all, so I had to file a complaint with my credit card company. I even have proof of both payments paid. 1st through Booking .com when I booked it in July 2025, then they charged again on May 1,2026 after my stay April 28,2026.

We've stayed at this location a few times when we come up to NYC. It's right next to the train which is very convenient and it has a gorgeous view of the city. The restaurant is also great and our server Jelyn was such a delight! I'd highly recommend staying here.

Jelyn was absolutely an amazing server. Our interactions with her were nothing short of perfect. Always made sure we were taken care of, very friendly, and polite.

Pyablat was our Server in the 3rd floor restaurant and lounge. He and his associates did a fabulous job and recognized our preferences from the previous day.

Jelyn is the model of customer service. She went above and beyond to make my birthday breakfast meaningful. I’ll never forget the Kindness she showed.

Beautiful location with excellent view of the Hudson . This is what I woke up to the whole weekend. And it's beautiful in the evening.

Outstanding service and food in the restaurant. The staff, Jalyn and Gabriel, did an excellent job!
