Freddie Mercury Apartments

We only stayed one night in the apartments, it was very good value for money, clean and excellent service

It is a budget friendly hotel with poor conditions - I didnt find it clean. there is no cheese, tomatoes, cucumber etc for the breakfast - just pastry, fruit and eggs. Staff is very welcoming and helpful

Best hotel to stay in Stonetown. In the middle of everything so you can walk to wherever you need. Seems to be the most popular place to stay in Stonetown, pools are great, staff are very helpful, breakfast is good and you cant go wrong with this hotel.

We actually stayed in the Tembo Hotel portion of the property. The staff was excellent and the rooms are large, clean and the aircon worked great! Right on the beach with a beautiful pool. Great breakfast. The owners and staff do their best to make you 'feel at home.' Right in the center of Stone Town next to a lot of nice restaurants and close to ATMs. Perfect place to stay in Stone Town!

Great location with all the tourist attractions, shops and beach all within a few minutes walk

Tembo House Hotel is a great place. We stayed in the apartments across the street which are a bit more modern though you don't get the views the main hotel has in it's sea-facing rooms. We had a small balcony and also a/c which was great in the heat. Breakfasts were great and all staff were friendly and efficient

My stay was exceptional!! The service was superb! I didn't eat at the hotel, so i can't speak to the food, but the staff recommended AMAZING restaurants nearby (walking distance). This is an amazing place to stay!! Definitely staying here again!!

I spent my last days in Zanzibar in this hotel. The location is perfect the hotel is clean the pool is very nice the staff is very friendly it is really value for money.
