"Goede locatie voor het verkennen van Darmstadt."

De locatie was prima en ook het ontbijt was goed. Vriendelijk personeel maar niet altijd even bekwaam !!

Bij meerdaags gebruik van de kamer wordt de kamer niet iedere dag gepoetst etc. dit moet je bij de receptie aangeven, dan gebeurt dit wel! e.e.a. om ecologische redenen.

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren gut geplant

der Frühstücksraum war viel zu klein für alle Gäste. Die Wartenden standen sehr nah an den Tischen. Die Schlange an der einen Kaffeemaschine war leider sehr lang

"Mach das nicht."

Wir kamen um 14:45 an. Uns wurde gesagt, dass das noch kein Zimmer vorbereitet ist und der Check in um 15 Uhr beginnt und wir bitte im Wartebereich Platz nehmen sollen. 5 Minuten später kam eine Gruppe mit 8 Personen an. Diese wurde sofort eingecheckt. Ich reise seit 35 in Hotels. Noch NIE war kein Zimmer nicht vorbereitet so dass man nicht früher hinein konnte. Und dass dann andere Gäste die später ankommen bevorzugt werden..... unterste Schublade. Desweiteren: der Frühstücksbereich ist katastrophal unterdimensioniert.

"Redelijk hotel alleen krappe ingang parkeergarage."

Parkeren in de garage onder het hotel is op zich prima alleen de inrit is erg krap. De airco op de kamer werkte niet.
