Das Frühstück ist guter Standard was die Auswahl betrifft, die Qualität war sehr gut. Die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage ist nicht so dramatisch, wenn man Golfklasse fährt. Erwähnenswert ist das sehr nette Personal, sowie das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Die Standardzimmer sind mit 16 qm doch recht eng, ausreichend für 1-3 Nächte.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Badezimmer auch. Die Lage ist auch gut. Das Frühstück ist klein, aber hat alles was man braucht von Rührei, Brötchen bis Müsli ist alles da und hat auch gut geschmeckt. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Die Klimaanlage hat leider gar nicht funktioniert im Zimmer war es stickig, obwohl man sie komplett eingeschaltet hat und die Temperatur richtig eingestellt waren. Sonst war alles super.

Die Lage ist gut. Sehr zentral gelegen und die Stadtmitte fußläufig zu erreichen.

Ein kompletter Tag kein warmes Wasser. Aussage des Personals war, dass das Hotel ausgebucht ist und die Warmwasserversorgung dafür nicht ausgelegt ist. Dazu wurde ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage gebucht. Diese war aber nicht funktional. Nach Rücksprache mit weiteren Gästen nicht nur in unserem Zimmer der Fall. Personal auch beim Frühstück überfordert. Absolute Frechheit.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber

Kein warmes Wasser und die Klimaanlage ist ausgefallen, so dass es im ganzen Hotel extrem stickig war. Das Personal an der Rezeption war wenig zuvorkommend und nur lapidar auf die Beschwerden reagiert, teilweise sogar amüsiert gewirkt. Am Abend,trotz großem Andrang war die Rezeption nur durch eine Kollegin besetzt,so dass die Wartezeit extrem lang war. Zudem könnte man keine großen Flaschen Wasser kaufen. Der Snack Automat hat nur Kleingeld genommen, auf den Wunsch nach Bargeld einwechseln wurde schulternzuckend geantwortet, dass sie ein Bargeldloses Hotel seien. Insgesamt keine Willkommenskultur. Ich würde das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen
