"Wir waren mit Freunden da, werden aber keines der Hotels mehr besuchen"

Ich war zum 2.Mal da, aber jetzt zum Schlossgrabenfest war das Hotel nicht in der Lage die Gäste zu versorgen. Im kompletten Hotel fiel das warme Wasser aus . Kann passieren, aber die Antwort an der Reception wahr, der Handwerker kommt, da haben Sie Pech gehabt. Das Frühstück war überlaufen, Wartezeiten von 10 min für ein Kaffee. Da habe ich noch Verständnis, wenn alle zur gleichen Zeit kommen. Aber ne Thermoskanne hätte es entspannt.Aber der Kollege musste sich ja um sein Labello Mund kümmern, bevor er sich dann wieder ans Buffet ging, Hände waschen . Es gab aber auch einen sehr bemühten Mitarbeiter

Personal war freundlich

Es gab kein Warmwasser, konnte aber nur kalt duschen. Ein Kaffeeautomat im Frühstücksraum ist definitiv zu wenig und die Klima bzw. Lüftungsanlage war entweder defekt oder nicht in Betrieb.
