"It was doable for one night, but not anything longer."

It was quiet and clean, staff was friendly.

The room we were in had an odd set up,a bed in the main area. A person couldn’t read in bed due to no table lamp by the bed. No plastic glassses in the bathroom. No place in the main are to hang clothes

Friendly staff and comfortable beds

The rooms could be fixed up a little. Lamp shad was torn, chair was very worn, couch was unstable, another chair was broken, and there was paint chipping in the bathroom

Good location to restaurants.

Amenities were not up to expectations to the charge of the stay. Kitchenette was not clean. Towels poor quality. Breakfast was not refreshed.

"The location was nice but the hotel was a little run down inn the room in which we stayed."

The beds were comfortable and the staff were helpful. We asked for a first floor room near the side door and they did give us that room. It is pet friendly s we were able to bring along our small dog for a reasonable $25 pet fee.

The room seemed a little run down. The door trim on the front of the door was not there. There was mold growing on the wall under the sink in the bathroom. The room needed to be painted. The coffee was very strong and distasteful. The pool and hot tub have been "broken down" for 3 or more years and never repaired.

"Terrible stay with poor customer service and accountability"

Nothing

The property was not good, nor was the customer service. They called me a week before my stay asking if I would be willing to switch to a different room. I told them no and verified that they still had a two bedroom availability like I had booked. They told me they did. When I got to the room, they told me this was the reservation that was sent by booking.com and it wasn’t there issue to deal with. They told me they would give me a 10% discount, instead they charged me. The room door could be opened without a key. The tv did not work, nor did the phone. One of the drawer fronts was lying on the ground, and all of the drains were completely open so be careful not to drop anything in them! The breakfast is put out probably at 6am and then not touched again or replenished after that. They will gaslight you and pretend to care and then disregard any good customer service for their mistakes
