"It's like a mini apartment"

The staff was superb! Great customer service! It was a very hot weekend, but our room (and the facility) was very comfortable and cool. Breakfast was good. It was the perfect place for us to stay at!

The only thing we didn't like was during our first night, the smoke detector randomly sounded at 5:14am and then again an hour later. It beeped randomly during the day, and we alerted staff; they replaced the battery, and it was fine the rest of the weekend.

Location

Staff said never took my call about early check in. Dirty, smelled, broken door latch, toilet seat & dirty frig. Air vent on wall covered in dust.

"A great place to visit"

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was very good. Very clean hotel. Housekeeping personal were very kind and helpful. We highly recommend this place RiverHills Hotel. Close to the mall and restaurants.

Other guests that let their children run up and down the halls at 10pm. I told them to stop because people are sleeping, the parents were right there. Bummed that the pool wasn't opened.

The back patio was nice, the staff was friendly and helpful, the location was convenient and it had lots of parking. Breakfast was good.

The room was pretty dirty, visibly. And could use some updates. The tv/internet was pretty slow and we were looking forward to the pool/hot tub but it was closed and not filled up.

"Nice people, not a great hotel"

Front desk personnel were friendly but the hotel is old and it is showing it's age. Neither television received any channels and every time the AC turned on it sounded like someone dropped a tool box in the room. That meant that I did not get a very good night's sleep at all. There were also two temporary fans at either end of the hallway and a musty smell but no explanation was given. There are other hotels in the area, and I would recommend those instead.
