Great facility! Very quaint.

Mattresses were terrible! Shower did not drain.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The facility was a small suite with a kitchenette. Our key didn't work at first, and the lady at reception was very helpful and pleasant.

They missed cleaning the toilet seat. My husband said there was urine on it when he used it the first time, so he had to clean it himself. There were a few chunks of fuzz on the carpeting that the vacuum cleaner missed.

The unit had a small kitchenette which was nice. My issue with this hotel is that I was traveling with a friend and had reserved a suite with two separate bedrooms. When I went to check in, they said they had me in a studio with three beds. I told them that wasn't what I had reserved. They apologized and said that the AC unit had gone out in the room two days prior and they had hoped it would be fixed in time. Even though I had booked through Expedia, they had me confirm my phone number they had. So, they could have called to warn me. I requested two separate standard rooms, but they said they were booked. I'll be returning to the area again in November and am not sure if I'll stay here. Other than that, the stay was Ok and staff were pleasant.

Over priced, dirty, tried to reach out to management before reviewing no resolution - this is what $170+ a night gets you - old food in drawers, dirty stained furniture, non working appliances

Location was near restaurants and stores.

Ants in my room, Jessica, the staff at the facility was condescending. I asked to cancel my room to go somewhere else because of the ant infestation and they never got back to me but went in my room to spray a lethal amount of bug spray that made my allergies and asthma flared and they sprayed the spray all over our belonging. I had to open the windows on a 90+ day to try and air the room out but didnt help as they also didn't have a vent in the bathroom. Asked to get a refund again to only find out everywhere else was booked at that time and I felt that was intentional except their sister site that has reviews on drug use at the sites etc. Ended up packing up and going back home and having to drive back the next day. Also the "sofa bed" is an ikea futon which had no bedding.

When I arrive I ended up cleaning my whole room. From wiping off surfaces, vacuuming, and changing the sheets on the bed. Wiping down the futon that was fun of animal hair. I spent 1 night and moved to another hotel. When I called to talk to the manager Gail she never called me back. I called her twice. I would NOT recommend this hotel. The front desk staff Holly was great she did everything that she could have done but unfortunately I was not the only complaint that night but she handle things well. The managers do not care how this effects the paying customers as no manager was on site.
