Friendly, helpful employees, quick check-in and check-out, convenient location. Somewhat limited menu but a lot of restaurants nearby. Definitely would stay there again.

Our family stayed at this hotel for 4 days over the holidays. It was a bit of a disappointing stay and we expected better from a Marriott hotel. Our initial impression when we walked in the hotel was good - the lobby was nice and the restaurant was lovely inside. The moment we stepped off the elevator on our floor, the air smelled very musty. We had 2 rooms (our adult kids had one room and my husband and I had another). Our kids had a bit of a better experience than we did. Our room had a smell of cigarettes and mustiness to it. The walls were paper thin. I have never stayed in a hotel where I could hear the person in the next room snoring as though they were right in our room with us. On the other side of us, we could clearly hear our neighbours doing “other things”. The hotel cannot control what people do in their rooms and the noises they make, however the thinness of the walls was disappointing. The rooms themselves were clean and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were dated. The other disappointing part was that we felt as though we had to chase after the hotel to ensure our rooms were being cleaned. They “missed” our kids’ rooms on the first day and by the time we got back to the hotel and discovered this, the housekeeping team was done for the day. The following day, our room had not been cleaned and I had to request it. Not sure how the housekeeping team cleans the rooms every day yet manages to “miss” rooms (and we ensured that we took the “do not disturb” signs off our doors). Some staff at the front desk were not apologetic at all however we did seem to get a manager at the desk one day and she was quite firm in making sure our rooms would be cleaned. Overall, I didn’t really get a sense that they cared though. Location of the hotel was good as it was out of the way of the busy-ness of the city but not too far. It was a quiet area to get a good sleep (minus the snoring next door every day we were there). This was definitely one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have had (and I do a lot of travelling).

The property is beautiful. Staff is friendly. Atmosphere is amazing. I will definitely return.

Property was quite old. There was a constant loud noise in our room that sounded like somebody was taking a shower the entire time. Also, valet parking for $45 per night was the only parking option.

The hotel's location and facilities were satisfactory. The valet parking staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was less than accommodating and their responses to my inquiries were curt. Despite this, the overall experience was decent.
