Best Western Gatwick Skylane Hotel

I had a family emergency which meant I was unable to make my stay. I called hotels.com you see if there was anything they could do to help, so they called the hotel who refused to do anything for me, very disappointing.

A nice clean hotel friendly and helpful staff good food dinner and breakfast will definitely stay here again

Staff were friendly and room clean, only slight issue was only full fat milk available for breakfast cereals and hot drinks.

One of the nicest place I’ve stayed at lately it was spotless smelt very clean bed was very comfortable staff where pleasant and reasonably priced will definitely stay again.

Was ok. Woman in charge of the dining arrangements was a bit rude. Probably won't go back.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful, despite having to deal with another guests unsubstantiated complaint who was loud and disrespectful. They dealt with her completely professionally. The barman suffered a barrage of abuse from this lady. He stayed calm and professional

My stay was lovely, the staff were helpful and very pleasant.

Everything was great except for the bed. The mattress was very thin and only 1 outlet in our room.

Location was nice, close to Gatwick airport but very disappointed that air conditioning units in our whole wing was not working and this information was withheld by staff during check in. We only found out after we got in our rooms. Rooms very small and old. Kitchen staff were nice and accommodating though.

It was okay for one night, we booked a double room and there were also 2 single beds in there making it cramped. Breakfast wasn’t worth the money
