"Never again!"

Slow check in. Awful slow service in restauramt even ehen under third occupied. Room bery very noisy during night constant coming and going and banging of doors and regular use of noisy showers .

No fridge no iron basic breakfast, dinner takes to long to be served, rooms are a bit to small The location is excellent with parking and the staff is really helpful. The cable TV is OK. The hotel needs upgrading and that will boost the business..

"Shame about the room location"

We stayed in room 12 and unfortunately it backs on to the reception, so we were woken very early listening to the phone constantly ring and had to listen to all the conversations. A real shame, as the bed was comfortable and a clean room. Very close to the airport, and only cost £6 in a taxi.

Close to Gatwick, clean room and good breakfast. Decent enough, nothing fancy. Staff seem totally burned out and overworked. Attached restaurant is not good for dinner. There's a difference between stale pita bread and Indian pan.
