Best Western Gatwick Skylane Hotel

The people running this hotel were lovely -- from the late evening desk folks to the lovely lady the next morning and the cleaners. I was so impressed at how welcoming and friendly everyone was and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our overnight stay here. Great price and certainly much nicer than some in the Gatwick area that are a bit grotty. Great job to these folks. Wifi was poor in our room but it was only overnight so I didn't check if it was just our room.

Our room was clean and in good repair. The best thing at this hotel was the staff that worked at the restaurant and bar. They were very welcoming and made our time there a pleasant memory

It served what we needed . To be by Gatwick airport for our early morning flight without a long drive in the early hours

The duvet cover was not very soft. I sleep w/o pajama bottoms and it was not a very comfortable sleep. Otherwise, all else was great. Thank you.

We stay here because of the few parking and the onsite restaurant. The menu has changed since the last time not enough lite bites where’s their jacket potaton and late. Didn’t appreciate the aggressive person who kept hauling me to move my car closer to the next one causing me difficulties in exiting my vehicle. I’ve stayed here at least 6 times but may have to reconsider for next time

We did not get the room we had booked we ordered a twin room with a low level shower but got a double bed with a shower which was much too high off the floor to get into,plus very narrow shower door plus grab rail was at the inside so no help to get inand out of.We asked at reception for a rubber mat but they dont provide them surely health and safety a big issue here!!!!The restaurant staff very amateur,the breakfast was only luke warm very small amount of choice with no sauces left in the area we only saw these later as were next to the bar .Overall this was the worst Best Western we have ever stayed in.We will never go back or recommend it.

No airport shuttle had btoken down had to take a taxi staff rude and unhelpful
