Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Kerrville by IHG

The experience was good except the toilet backed up and we had to get a plunger late at night and clear it. Thought hotel would offer a discount but no offer.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was adequate. We were on the second floor and there were people in the room above us. Very loud feet. The bed was not the most comfortable. We had a king size bed with two pillows. Normally there are four pillows on a king size bed. The people at check in were very nice and the breakfast, that was included was adequate.

We were very happy with this hotel. Room was large and comfortable with all the normal amenities. Really appreciated the full hot breakfast since so many hotels are not doing this anymore.

Really nice lady at both check in and check out! My room was spacious and very clean. AC and WiFi were both very good. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker worked as they should. Bed was comfortable, but only two pillows (which was fine as I was alone, but if my wife had been with me, she would not have been happy). Breakfast was just what I needed: omelets, pancakes, cereals, bagels, milk, juice, coffee and hot cinnamon rolls! The breakfast area was very clean. The only minor drawback is the lack of black out shades. The heavy curtains only come out a foot or so on each side of the windows and the thin white curtains do little to block out lights from outside. However, I would definitely stay here again anytime in Kerrville.

Great place to stay!!

We were looking for a weekend getaway that wasn’t too far from San Antonio but far away enough to where it felt like a vacation. My daughter is obsessed with Holiday Inn so we booked this hotel without much research. It turned out to be a great place and the entire family loved it. The breakfast was fantastic and had many hot and cold options. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful Texas shaped swimming pool! Maintenance did an excellent job of keeping it very clean and the temperature at the end of August was perfect. There was an issue with towels because there’s apparently a National shortage so I suggest you bring your own beach towels for the pool. Customer service was excellent and overall I was very impressed.

Only stayed one night. Check in was seamless. Room very clean and bed was very comfortable. All in all a pleasant stay. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Food was fresh, hot Nd tasty.
