Отель старый, расположен в неудобном месте, персонал нелюбезный и не приветливый. . Завтрак очень скудный. В номере был запах сырости

The room has a strong smell, it even smells like mold, and there is no fresh air. I can’t breathe properly because the air feels very heavy. When one of the housekeeping ladies came to my room, she didn’t knock gently. She knocked so hard that it sounded like someone was trying to break my door, and it really scared me. After that, I started having allergies. Also, the elevator isn’t working, so I had to carry my big luggage down the stairs from the second floor

Room has all the amenities which were required.

Guests didn’t have respect for other guests. Woke up at 5am both nights to someone stomping and running around the room above us. Also separate incident also around 5am a couple next door was arguing and yelling so loud throwing things around, woke us up. Then next day same couple were doing “adult activities” and my 10year old daughter was able to hear it since we were next door. So overall, paper thin walls and able to hear EVERYTHING Is what I didn’t like about the property. Also, staff informed us elevator would be fixed Friday, it wasnt. Left on Sunday and elevator was still broken.

This hotel has NO working elevator or ice maker and no hot water in the shower. We arrived from all day travelling and told the elevator has been broken AND our room would be on the third floor! We had 2 weeks worth of luggage!!! Then we went to get some ice on the second floor and found nothing. Went to the front desk and was given a baggie of ice. Also told the water would ve brown and to let it run awhile. Finally when I got my shower there was no hot water! Sorely disappointing!!!

The Location was great, right in the heart of Houston, close to Galleria, but was relatively quiet and accessible. The room we paid for was a good size and had a sitting area, which was very useful.

Breakfast was as basic as it gets. The lifts were not working and had not been fixed at our departure, despite promises to the contrary. The level of cleanliness was not very high and the carpets had a musty, old smell about them. The use of smelly mops left an unsavoury smell in the air. The room was not regularly cleaned and we had to insist before someone came to clean it after 2 days.

We enjoyed the guys at the reception, gentle and friendly. The room was the same as the picture on booking app. Room was very clean, good size and comfortable, air conditioning was excellent. Great experience!

Unfortunately, the same day I got my checking, the elevator was locked and the customers had to use the stairs to get in their rooms. But, we understand because they were working on the elevator.
