Location to the event

The shower is a poor design. It got the floors soaked, and there wasn't any ventilation for the bathroom.

Parking was very expensive. For a two night stay I paid $53. Incidentals were charged to me in the amount of $375. We only got two sodas and on chip. (one soda expired)

The breakfast was good but, the staff was AMAZING during breakfast time. He made sure to visit the tables to socialize even with the kids. There was so many of us down for cheer competition and he made sure to wish all them good luck

The pool is definitely not what is shown on the website. We had the expectations of a normal sized pool with a bar in same area

We were visiting for an event and loved that we could walk there from hotel, the location was great! The staff was also extremely friendly! Thanking them for making our stay was so wonderful!

Everyone will love the latest in the residence inn generations. Incredible technology. Brand new hotel. The beds and rooms are incredibly comfortable. The staff are warm and friendly.

Very nice hotel. Room had basically a full kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, microwave, toaster, and all the basics you need in a kitchen. Lots of nice space in the bathroom and outside the bathroom to get ready. I would definitely stay here again for any Rupp Arena events. It was a close walk.

Hotel was generally clean & front desk staff were pleasant & helpful. The location was also very convenient for the 4th of July 10K, festival & parade. That said, do not plan to watch Lexington 4th of July from the rooftop here, as the view is blocked by the 5th/3rd building. Unfortunately, various staff members led us to believe we would be able to see them from the pool area & only let on ~15 mins before they were scheduled to start (to the roughly 30 people waiting on the rooftop), that we wouldn’t be able to see the actual downtown Lexington show. I had been waiting there with my son for >2 hrs! The pool was nice, but frequently out of towels & closed anytime there was potential thunder in the area. That would have been tolerable, but it was often closed for an hour-plus after the weather had passed. Breakfast had a limited selection & closed by 9 AM. No coffee of water was available in lobby beyond 6-9 AM breakfast hours.

Front desk was very nice but we contacted them multiple times starting in the morning that the soap dispenser in the shower was empty. After following up twice more during the day, we finally had to go down and get it from the front desk when we needed to get ready for an event at 5:00. Other people in our party also said they ran out of toilet paper and needed to go to front desk to get more.

They will over charge you!!!!!! Double charged me for room service and parking was told it would fall off once it wasn’t pending was just on hold, tried to correct while I was there, once I checked out and called again 2 days later. Stay some where else
