Great location to Rupp Arena!

Location, lovely hotel.

Breakfast could have more fruit.

I was traveling to Lexington for business and had a 2-night stay. The Residence Inn is in a great location and has a beautiful lobby that was great to meet colleagues and socalize or work. The rooms were spacious and updated, with good beds. But the highlight was Curtis in the breakfast area. He was so helpful, checking in politely with each guest and even offered to have valet bring cars around while guests were eating. I told him how friendly he was and it really made everyone's morning better. He said, "I'm in hospitality, and my job is to make each guest's day better however I can." The whole staff was helpful, but Curtis especially was so kind and stood out to many of those who travel for business regularly.

As a Platinum Elite Bonvoy member, I am well aware of the standard of service from Bonvoy hotels. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Residence Inn in Lexington has left me deeply disappointed and I will never stay at a Residence Inn again. I stayed 2 nights on a business trip. When checking out I went to the front desk to get the bill and review charges. Everything was fine until I received a second bill, hours after checking out, with an additional charge for a bottle of water I never had. I called the hotel to find out what happened and have the charge dismissed, but more concerning ask why someone was able to charge a bottle of water to my room when I checked out? I was told by Guest Services that housekeeping reported the water missing in my room. I told them that was odd because there was never a bottle of water in my room in the first place so that is not valid. They said nothing could be done! I find it incredulous that the hotel would dismiss my account of the situation in favor of a housekeeping claim without further investigation. I escalated the issue to Bonvoy membership services, where I was assured the hotel's accounting department would reach out within 3 to 5 business days. It has now been two weeks with no response. While the charge itself is minor, the lack of follow-up and disregard for a loyal Platinum Elite member is concerning and reflects poorly on Bonvoy’s commitment to customer service. I do not recommend this hotel. BonVoy do better.

Nice property nice room however never will use affirm to book a room this property has charged me double for my one night stay and has not returned any of my calls or voicemails there front desk customer service people are awesome the accounts department sucks, if you have an issue that your card is charged wrong good luck they owe me currently over 300.00 bucks

The accounts staff horrible

Great location. Spacious and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff.

I was told I was fine where I parked but when I went to check out my car was missing. It was towed and a warning without my knowledge. This caused me to panic and not sure I want to stay again because of this.
