Residence Inn by Marriott Lexington City Center

Enjoyed my stay!

This property is extremely loud outside if your room is streetside - people congregate outside in the parking lot across the street until 2:30 am when bars close. It's too loud to sleep - awful. The cars and motorcycles rev their engines and take off all night long like they're racing - extremely loud. Police should do something about that. When we called the front desk, they offered us a noise machine and said this is typical of downtown. They probably get many complaints. If you are out at the bars and don't come back until after 2:30 am when they close, then it may be ok for you. Perhaps an interior room would be ok, not sure. Other than that, the hotel is centrally located, clean, and has a bar inside.

If you are not going to offer services everyday it should be advertised. Cleaning is done every other day. Cleaning consists of replacing towels and taking the trash out. The rooms are also very dark and the walls are bare. I’ll stay elsewhere.

The rooms are spacious and furnished well. Front desk staff were wonderful and informative, and the staff member we saw during breakfast was great as well. We definitely will be staying here again for future visits in Lexington!

Love this property! The rooms were spacious and clean, staff was extremely helpful and so receptive and the location was great. Would highly recommend it!
