Didnt like anything , very dirty

The bathroom could use some attention.

When I got to the motel I was given a different room that I was shown. The picture I was shown in expedia of the room I selected was supposed to include a hot tub yet there was none in the room I was given. When I got to the room the walls were dirty like someone spit out food particles. I had to request that my room be changed and the next room was only slighty cleaner. Overall this motel was dirty, outdated and not worth the stay. There are better motels around the area and I suggest you look into the others around the area.

Run!! I wish we could’ve went somewhere else when we saw how dirty it was . But we drove 5 hours away from home and by the time we got to the hotel we were beyond exhausted. Please do floor wasn’t vacuumed dresser drawer was broken. Shower tub was rotten.. idk how they can stay in business..wish we can get our money back !!

Not a place to stay to rest the walls looks bad rude staffs both of the shift no place to park close to your room there’s a gap from outside to see inside staff knocking your door. Worst experience ever

Slept with the lights on because of roaches. My back still hurts 2 day later because the matress was terrible. Generally dirty.

The room was very nasty and dirty the lights didn’t work there where holes in the bed and cover

I was 20 min early and the person at the window made me wait the place had six cars in the parking lot. I reserved a king size bed and he put me in a double full size bed room which he later switched after a fifteen minute debate about what was available and my reservation. The curtins was no good this place needs upgrades and they seem to be more interested in short stays over the overnight stays

1.- tv volume was bad, terrible signal 2.-I book for 2 nights , I arrive at around 3 am ,at At 11:00 am person from front desk was knocking on my door telling me it was check out time, didn’t answer the door ,, 10 minutes later he was knocking on my room again letting me know it was check out time , I showed him my reservation on my phone, he looked at it and said fine,,, going back to bed trying to get some sleep, 10 minutes later front desk call the phone in my room telling me I have to leve cause is check out time , st that point I’m tired of this BS and put on my clothes walked to front desk and showed my reservation on my phone , and I ask if they want me to leve they have to reimburse me for one night, and they tall me to call a number witch I was not able to talked to nobody

Horrible stay. If this stay was refundable I would have have canceled it. The worst hotel room I have ever had in my life. Thank god it was only for one night. I refused to use the shower and didn't even want to be in the bathroom. Slept on top of the covers because the sheets had burn wholes and stains that I couldn't even tell what they were from. Had to wait 2 hours to get a remote for my TV. Horrible place. Definitely falls back on ownership.
