Knights Inn South Hackensack

It was good enough to keep you warm & sheltered. But our stay was was terrible due to Bed bugs.

There were shoe foot marks on the bedsheets, some hair and not a single clean spot on the sheets. The breakfast consisted of milk, cheerios or corn flakes, cinnamon roll, white bread with peanut butter or margerine. Not worth the money paid.

When we stayed at Knights Inn South Hackensack first of all they sent us to a room that was already occupied then when we got to our room which was non smoking there were cigarette burns in the duvet and sheets. I turned the t.v on and there was a porno playing the remote could not change it. Then after going back to change my room the staff took my id and did not give it back, since then i have rang about 7 times to ask them to please send it to me as i live in Alberta and i get told to ring back for the manager or that i have to come and pick it up from the property which obviously is not an option. You think the least they would do after this terrible experience would be to send my id back!!!! For all i know they could be using that id illegally!

I didn't stay our reservation was messed upby Orbitz. But the property seemed run down and there were alot of creepy folks around

Was NOT a smoking-free environment, unlikely especially when travel with kids.

The provided bath towels had long dark hairs sticking out of them, which did not give me the impression that they were as clean or fresh as they should be. The room had a weird pine smell. My bottom sheet had multiple holes in it. The room phone rang numerous times starting at 5 am, but I don't know why. The wifi seems to need some help, and not work well. The people checking you in and out seemed to be indifferent that I was there. The guy checking me in was on his phone at first when I was standing there.

The morning front desk person is very rude and lazy.

This place was a dump. Office staff claimed my payment was bad which I paid for the room several months in advance with PayPal. Adult gift shop next door wasn’t appealing to the wife or daughter. Ended up leaving and stayed I. The car over night
