Knights Inn South Hackensack

I did not stay overnight. The room was dirty. Rugs hadn't been vacuumed. When I complained they were supposed to send someone to vacuum and they didn't. There was debris in the walkway, which made it difficult to get to my room. The televisions didn't work. They sent someone to fix the television. He came and played around with the unit. Told me to wait and never returned. When I tried to call the office again the wouldn't answer the phone. This was a terrible experience. I finally went back to the office and told them I was leaving. They promised to refund me, but so far that hasn't happened.

Was not in a good neighborhood alot broken toliet did not flush no breakfast even to go but advertise free breakfast 2 out of 4 lights did not turn on very crapy hotel

Love the service hands down what i dont like is no breakfast

I never stayed the room was disgusting

First the hotel is half empty,but he books me at the end off hotel so for away from the office.There are people who live in this hotel smoking on the second level Right above me throwing ashes right on my car.i ask for another room and he refuse To move me,also the door would not open because it was stuck on the carpet,I had to put my shoulder to the door just to open it,I left hotel

Nothing to like. Disgusting place very dirty and smells awful. Broken fixtures and door and cold wind was felt inside room. This place should be shut down and I think Expedia should remove it from the list. Very bad so bad I slept in car in parking lot.

Wasnt what i expected. Place was pretty run down. Guess you really cant tell what the olacr is like online
