Knights Inn South Hackensack

THE BEDDING IS OF QUESTIONABLE CLEANLINESS. WI-FI IS NOT WORKING MORE THEN A FEW MINUTES EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE

Great location. Great price. That being said: They could have used some vending machines. The sheets were stained. There were holes in the shower curtain. There's no chain on the door.

It needed repairs for holes in bathroom walls. I showed my receipt of payment through Hotels.com & was still asked to pay because he wasn’t sure if they received payment. Also when I asked for coffee in the morning as they advertise a free continental breakfast I was told that they do not serve breakfast & I could buy a coffee @ the Wendy’s next door.

The Bathroom was small and the toilet didnt flush

The handle for the microwave was broken, tv picture was all wavy, a lot of stain on the sheets and the bottom side of the blankets.

The gentleman behind the desk repeatedly told me no smoking in the room. First thing I noticed when I went into the room was the smell of cigarette smoke. The second thing I noticed was that the room has not been cleaned very well in a long time. The third and worst thing was roaches in the room. When I went back to the front desk and told the gentleman what I experienced and saw. He acted very surprised like this was the first time he's ever heard of something like this happening. Needless to say I did not stay there.

I was on a Business Trip, not a single day WIFI worked, called numerous times - no action. I had keep my HOt spot on on my Cell to work. I consumed most of my data in 4 days because they did not have Internet and no one cares. Coffee no body bothers to Refill, Paper naplkins box no one replcaed when finished. They do not change Bed sheets or pillow covers on your entire stay,

The hotel was dirty and unkept. The staff didn't care. There were piles of broken furniture in the parking lot. It is right next door to a strip club

Was expecting a jacuzzi

I didn't expect too much from the hotel, but at least lights should work in the room. Nope, only a half of them. In addition, the breakfast hours was specified as 7 to 10, when we came to it at 7am (as we needed to leave promptly to the sports tournament) there was nothing. I asked the desk person and he told that it will be in 5-10 minutes. As we had no time to wait I ask him if it is possible to give us at least some cereal and milk and got a spoiled milk for that.
