Castlerosse Park Resort

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view out the window of the restaurant (and our room) was astounding. The staff were wonderful.

Just home from 8 night at the bungalows at the Castlerosse Hotel. Had a fantastic time there. A great place to chill out. A very family friendly hotel that provides a great service. Bar food was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and located beside the national park which has lovely walks etc. Slept well in a very comfortable cottage that was neat, tidy and warm. The head barman looked after us very well and we enjoyed the little communications with him about the hotel services. I will hopefully return again next year.

This was such a needed respite in our travels. We stayed in one of the holiday homes where there was plenty of room to spread out and we could cook our own meals if we wanted or go to the on site pub/restaurant. Reception is friendly and if you don’t have everything you need, just ask.

Just back from another fantastic holiday at Castlerosse. We have been going here for the past 10 years and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. We usually book 3 or 4 cottages or golf lodges. These are very spacious and well equipped with very comfortable beds. We love the fact that Castlerosse is situated in the National Park and we can cycle safely off-road. The service in the bar and restaurant is excellent and we have celebrated a few milestone birthdays here. I have to say that Tim is always amazing to deal with and is like our personal event organiser making sure everything runs smoothly. I cannot praise him highly enough for making us feel special. All booked again for next year and looking forward to it already.

This review is aimed explicitly at the bar/restaurant- Mulligans. The food here is incredible! The steak pizza was delicious, and the prawn and avocado salad was very tasty. The service leaves somewhat to be desired in some respects. Some of the staff were very attentive and helpful, but there was a level of disorganisation with regard to ordering and payment for a large (~26) group. While the majority of the staff were courteous and helpful, one in particular (Tim) was downright rude and quite offputting during an encounter at our table. We were also disappointed at the lack of provision for pre-golf snacks - there were not enough scones available for our group, although the hotel knew there would be a group of us there today.

Just back from the castleross, food was amazing, staff very friendly and helpful and hotel was very clean overall. would definitely recommend to anyone going to killarney.

Beautiful resort - highly recommend renting bikes and exploring the nearby trails. We loved it! Breakfast was also very good - be sure to add the breakfast plan!

A lovely stay in the Castlerosse Park Hotel in Killarney this weekend. Lovely room with a view of the lake. Great walks around it and a lovely breakfast before we left.

Lovely hotel, staff were really friendly and really helpful. Food was really nice too. We stayed during a heatwave so having no aircon in the room it was really hot, which was a little tricky with a small baby and also for us to sleep. Got a facial and it was fab! Thanks to Rosemary! Again the staff were so amazing they really make the hotel experience great!
