Castlerosse Park Resort

We had a fab time , really relaxing, fantastic walks , the views were just stunning. The staff were friendly paticularly Tim in the bar . The food was just excellent. The pool area would need updating , there is no walk in steps to the pool only from the ladder from the side which is difficult for people with frozen shoulder or other health issues .

Really great stay. I have used this hotel for business travel and it was fantastic although with getting back late evenings couldn't really get to enjoy it so my wife and I booked a short break here. It lived up to what we expected and then some. We had a room with lake and golf course view and nice wide opening window. It's walkable into Killarney centre easily enough or hire a bike from their leisure facilities if you like as there are some great things to see on a bicycle also like the castle and cliff point views. Apart from the hotels beautiful views from both bar and restaurant and also the outside terrace, what also stands out are the staff and their attention to help plus the quality of the food stands out as well. Thus place will not disappoint in any way.

Friendly staff, nice, clean facilities. My one issue was with breakfast each morning. Consistently watching staff turn over tables by spraying down the table without removing the open butter and milk containers, and salt and pepper containers. This must be how staff are trained as each and every staff member did it. I don't understand why all items would not be removed from the table before spraying down and cleaning the table. Surely this is a no brainer in terms of best practice. I don't know anyone who wishes to have their milk contaminated with cleaning agent. Please change this practice. Otherwise happy to recommend this hotel.

Pleasant hotel, clean, located in a beautiful part of the city. Breakfast was perfect and very nice, and the staff were kind. Recommended to go if you want to have an unforgettable trip to Killarney :)

Nice hotel, lovely location with stunning views. Breakfast was good but basic. Left a phone charger in the room but didn’t get it back when I called.

Loved this place. Everything about this place is great. Couple of issues I would like to point out that bothered me. 1. At breakfast scrambled egg had egg shells in it. 2. Serving plates were wet, I prefer dry. 3. Bathroom light and fan should have separate switches. I say this because exhaust fan is noit

We stayed in the Castlerosse Park resort at the beginning of May. It was a Golden Break deal. We were so impressed with this hotel. Every single member of staff was so lovely and friendly. We had a room with a view of the lake and mountains. The room was large abd with a comfortable bed. There was a large choice of hot and cold choices for breakfast. Dinner was included in the cost, 4 course meal every evening and, again, the food and service was excellent. I hope we get a chance to visit this hotel again.

Stayed in a Self catering cottage. Excellent service for our full week, we even had excellent weather to make a perfect week's holiday. They do avery god job of making you feel welcome.

The location is stunning and the main lodge is inviting with helpful staff but I was quite disappointed with our holiday home. It was just tired and dull, and felt a little stingy with supplies. Although the lounge area - which is nice - is massive, there’s only comfy seating for 4 so someone has to sit on the floor. Why not add a larger sofa or another easy chair or two? In retrospect, the golf lodges look nice so I should have booked one of those. Nice location but have realistic expectations of what the holiday homes are like.

Beautiful hotel ,staff amazing especially Sinead thank you so kindly for the amazing stay . Views spectacular and we both will be definitely staying again . Can not fault this stay at all we didn't want to leave
