Great location, helpful staff

A/C unit in the room was extremely loud. Barely usable while sleeping.

Supernice hotel and room in an excellent central location from where you can walk everywhere. Personnel very nice and customer centric.

Breakfast is ok, but portions a bit small. If it was a buffet style it would be better.

Special attention to customers. Due to flight delays, we arrived late at night - the receptionist was waiting for us and greeted us with a smile at 4 am. He took care of everything.

Beautiful restored hotel, great café. Nice location. Comfortable bed.

Frühstück ist hervorragend und kreativ zusammengestellt. Bedienungspersonal ist aufmerksam, kompetent und sehr freundlich. Das Gebäude ist komplett renoviert und die Innengestaltung puristisch.

Hotel Caju is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the oceanfront and the cathedral, and 15 minutes from the Old Town, the teleferico and Mercado dos Lavradores. The staff were friendly and always happy to help, and the breakfasts were excellent - particularly the pancakes!
