Marriott's Phuket Beach Club

The service is excellent. Best service from Aum at Siam Deli. She was fantastic with great service and very kind to the children. Hotel on the beach. Hotel has complimentary shuttle to nearby restuarant’s and shops. The hotel has 3 amazing swimming pools and the best gym with a heated jacuzzi , ice bath and sauna. The spa is heavenly. Loads of activities daily to keep you engaged or rest on a cabana by the poolside while hearing the waves crash. Would definitely visit again. Beautiful hotel with staff that makes the experience well worth it.

The staff were really friendly and attentive. Always smiling and accommodate to our needs with sincerety. And love the quality of the breakfast spread.

As a member of MVCI AP since 2009, I have stayed in this wonderful place a number of times. It is the best propoerties among the Marriott Vacation Club that I have stayed. The services and hospitalities that each guest services provided are exceptional. They have never failed me on every stay. For this time, I decided to attend the presentation to learn more about the new property that will be coming up in Khao Lak sometime in Sept 26. This is the first time I attended the presentation since becoming a member. The sales personnel is very professional. He did not push us to purchase more points and thanked us for attending the presentation. Meanwhile, upon my return home, I realised that I have left some cashes in the safe. and immediately called the property. Zong who is At Your Front Desk managed to work with the housekeeper and found my money. He has also written me an email to inform me that the property will keep the money until my next stay. I can only say that this kind of honesty is not happening in everywhere in other hotels that I have stayed especially in the west. As such, we should not take it for granted. As a member of MVCAP, my family and I are lucky to come back and enjoy our stay in the beautiful place year after year.

This hotel is special! They make each and every guest feel special! This is my 4th visit and it seems that more and more staff members say hello to me (by name) each visit! Guest relations were amazing in particular Tatiana. Unfortunately, my mother became ill and had to be admitted into hospital. Tatiana and housekeeping had made some beautiful arrangements in the room to welcome her back and wishing her a speedy recovery, as well as a couple of gifts, flowers and inviting us to join them at the Elite Cocktail hour. I was also very impressed with Khun Fluke who had just joined the hotel and GS team. Everyone from Front Desk to the restaurants and bars were amazing! But a special mention has to go to the housekeeping team. Khun Lilly and Khun Nong (Hannah) arranged a special bathroom amenity (they know I like). They also patiently showed us how to use the washing machine and dryer, they arranged clothes racks and pegs and were super nice! The overall housekeeping was amazing and so friendly! I have now decided that I will revisit this hotel AT LEAST once a year, every year! I highly recommend a visit.
