Marriott's Phuket Beach Club

Excellent place and service, I was able to access JW Marriott facilities. I really had a good time with multiple restaurants onsite and various swimming pools for families and adults.

We are vacation club members who have been to Marriott’s Phuket Beach Club for the last 17 years! Our kids grew up here and it’s the place of many memories. The staff have always been warm, friendly and welcoming. We especially want to commend Lert, the staff member who mans the poolside towel counter at the kids’ pool. He’s known us for years, and never fails to give us a big smile welcoming us back each time. He’s gone out of his way to make sure we are comfortable with all we need. He truly epitomizes the hospitality of Marriott that we’ve known for the past 17 years! 👍 Thank you Lert! And thank you Marriott! We look forward to our next visit!

Absolutely amazing experience! We were pampered!! First day we saw a baby elephant on the beach...the property is huge, lots to do, even on rainy day.

Another excellent stay at the Marriott Phuket Beach Club! We are owners and this is our home resort and we always like to stay here because this is the best Marriott Vacation Club! Staff at the Marriott Phuket Beach Club from the security guards, greeter wearing pitch helmet, doormen, front desk, housekeeping, gardeners, restaurant staff, guest relations, and management were all very friendly, helpful as usual. The staff is always warm and welcoming. Even our guest who arrived before we got to the resort was highly impressed by the welcome he received from the front desk. They gave him a coupon for a complimentary drink at the bar, while he waited for us to arrive. Our guest was also impressed with everything at the resort, the kind and efficient staff, and especially the gym where he said the equipment and staff were excellent. We were pleased to meet the new MPU GM Suyash Khot at the weekly owner's reception. We feel that he will also do a great job in managing the resort and staff like the previous GM, Olivier Le Quinquis who is now at another Marriott Vacation Club. Guest Relations manager Noah and Meaw were also very warm and welcoming. Emily and Ellina our housekeeping staff, did a great job in cleaning and maintaining our room (and making cute folded towel animals!) and were always so friendly. Maple from the MVC staff is always very kind and helpful and we always look forward to seeing her when we visit the resort. We highly recommend Marriott Phuket Beach Club and will return again soon!

Quiet, clean, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The villas are spacious and well-equipped, ideal for families. Friendly staff and great pool. Not right on the beach, but the shuttle makes it easy to get around. Would definitely come back! also restaurant i am recommend!

The villas are clean, spacious and have an incredibly well appointed kitchen. The staff is well trained and super polite. Very good facilities for kids as well, plenty of games and activities and the kids club staff is brilliant. The only negatives would be the amount of sandflies and mosquitoes (they are everywhere), the main pool not as clean as one would expect, and the buggy service that tends to tell you pick up in 5 mins and keep you waiting for 15.

My wife and I are owners in the Marriott Vacation Club. We utilize our options for a trip to Thailand opting to stay at the Marriott Phuket Beach Club. We reserved a two bedroom unit and invited another couple to join us. What an amazing vacation! The MPBC did not disappoint on any level. The rooms, amenities, meals, drinks, staff, and services were top notch. By day two, the staff knew my name and that I enjoy cappuccinos with breakfast. We booked several tours before arriving. Yo, the concierge, was extremely helpful at coordinating rides to and from our meeting locations. Tang, who was our host at check-in, was also extremely gracious and provided exceptional information to help get us oriented. We were about 45-minutes from the Old Towne, traffic dependent. The Old Towne is absolutely worth the trip. Plan to spend at least half a day walking the shops, restaurants, and markets. I sincerely appreciate the entire team at the Marriott Phuket Beach Club for helping to make our vacation totally AMAZING!

Myself, my husband and our two sons had a wonderful holiday at this beautiful resort. We are members of the vacation club and had an amazing 2 bedroom apartment with all the amenities anyone could need. What makes our holiday so special is seeing our lovely friend Talish’ the Indian chef who works in the Siam deli. We were so happy to see him again and he took such good care of us, nothing was too much trouble. It was also a pleasure to meet and get to know chef Atul, who also took such good care of us. Talish and chef Atul made sure that myself and my son had our favourite dishes at breakfast every day. My son loved the masala dosah. We also ate at the Siam deli and the food was so delicious, we are still missing it. Talish, and chef Atul recommended the most tasty dishes and cooked them to perfection. The prawn kebabs made on the grill are ‘to die for’ and we loved all the dishes we ate there. Chef Atul runs an outstanding team, Talish, Abu, lassan, Gaurav and Biplov. Thank you to you all. You all provide exceptional customer service. Talish was always there to help us and it made my holiday to see him again. I will be coming back next year to see these wonderful people and eat their food.Thank you Talish, Chef Atul, and all your team. We would also like to thank the wonderful staff at the north pool who again looked after us so well. It was so lovely to see Zen and Kai again, and meet Jay, Dee and Nong this time. Thank you to guest relations and especially Kassandra Sousa,we loved the surprise you prepared for us in our room. You were always so attentive and there if we needed anything. Thank you for the lovely room we had. We had a great time at breakfast served by the fantastic May, Ladda, View and laschan. Thank you so much. Our cleaning ladies Kim and Emily were amazing and kept our room spotless. Thank you. They were so friendly and polite too. This is a beautiful resort and we can’t wait to come back next year.

The best service that we have ever received from an MVC or Vistana property. Guest services manager Noah and his team were incredibly attentive. This was a retirement trip celebration for two couples and Noah had an incredible cake delivered to our room along with personalized photo/frame. Service throughout our trip was exceptional. The suites were very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the quiet adult pool and beautiful ocean/beach. Plenty of places within walking distance to pick up breakfast/lunch and to dine beachside. The Takieng restaurant at the nearby Renaissance hotel was fantastic. We will be back.
