Room v. Comfortable, pillows best ever, view from room great, handy location, swimming pool great, also enjoyed jacuzzi and sauna, breakfast good selection and very tasty. Would not hesitate to stay again

Looks awful from the outside, room very hot even on lowest setting of air con and window open, curtains were not blackout - daylight at 5am!

Good location, quiet and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed our meal. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Cannot fault a single thing. Went to register car at 1pm to be told our room was ready. Got told about absolutely everything available (dinner, breakfast, spa). Ewelina could not have been more helpful. Room was absolutely superb with a glorius view across the City Quay. We used the Swimming Pool which was the perfect temperature for such a hot day. We had Dinner which again was absolutely faultless. When we left in the morning we had a lovely chat with the receptionist asking what we were upto etc and siad she hoped we enjoyed the Apex and hoped we'd be back......which we certainly will be

Only criticism was the dirty (or i think perhaps damaged) window which every so slightly spoiled our view.

I have just enjoyed another wonderful stay at Apex City Quay Hotel & Spa in Dundee and once again the experience was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel incredibly welcome. The hotel itself is well located, with comfortable rooms, excellent facilities and a genuinely warm atmosphere. What really sets the Apex apart, however, is the exceptional team. A special thank you to Ewelina, David, Fiona, Chris and Bethany, who all went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. Their professionalism, kindness and attention to detail were second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and they consistently delivered the sort of personal service that is increasingly rare to find. It is clear that customer care is at the heart of everything they do, and they are a credit to the hotel. Their warmth and hospitality are the reason I keep returning. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, and the team at Apex City Quay ranks among the very best. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Dundee, whether for business or leisure. I am already looking forward to my next visit. Five stars in every respect. This would also work very well as a Trustpilot or Google review.

Room was great. Probably the best room I’ve stayed in, in terms of the set up. Floor to ceiling length mirror and two comfy reading chairs. Bed was great. Staff were lovely. Spa facilities were lovely.

Hotel staff are the best from cleaners to management. Each and everyone make the experience worth staying there out of all hotels in Dundee. Evening bar staff gave us plates and cutlery etc without asking because we were holding takeaway, amazing and room staff always on hand to help with any extra milk coffee etc and rooms at are spotless. The view from quayside when the weather's calm and clear in middle of night is tranquil and peaceful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay whilst visiting family. The spa was lovely and provided a relaxing experience, the food was delicious, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
