"最悪の滞在"

部屋のカギが壊れていて、部屋のカギを開けられないのに、ホテルが適切に対応してくれず困りました。レセプションの人は状況を説明してもまともに取り合わず、ただ磁気式のカギの再登録をするだけでラチがあきません。室内には電源プラグが一つもなく照明器具を、抜いて使わないと行けません。エレベーターのボタンも壊れたままにしているし、メンテナンスが全くダメてレセプションの対応も常に悪いしぶっきらぼうです。

"En la madrugada de la llegada "

Al llegar atrasado el vuelo , todo el concepto cambia y el hotel es el castillo al que uno regresa, sin embargo la sensación de no llegar a un lugar cálido se mantuvo. Una Rx sin emociones ( un cliente más que llega a horas inconvenientes ) llene el papeleo , donde está marcado, su documento, su habitación , su llave . Desayuno de 7 a 10 ... chao ! La amabilidad creo es personal, no dije eficiencia dije amabilidad y la entrada al hotel fue poco amable , poco cálida y miren que viajo desde hace 25 años .. si algo puede ser criticado del hotel es la calidez con la que fui recibido ... calidez nula !!!
