"Hotel muito bom"

Hotel antigo, porém muito bacana, bem localizado num bairro excelente, se não for um dos melhores de Santiago. Atendimento normal, porém ao estilo seco dos chilenos, de início tem-se a impressão que são até grosseiros, mas é cultural e estão sempre prestativos quando requisitados, desde que não saiam do quadrado deles. No geral, foi ótimo, tirando também o eterno e pífio sinal de internet que é comum no mundo inteiro, pelo menos na maioria. Outra coisa é o cafe da manhã que nunca varia, sempre os mesmos ingredientes e para quem está acostumado com os café de hoteis no Brasil vai se decepcionar um pouquinho. Foi bom no geral, gostamos e recomendamos pelo conjunto da obra...

"Not ce hotel eight or ten minutes from the subway."

We booked one night on our own and then met our tour group the next day and night. The front desk allowed us to keep the same room so we didn’t have to move the next morning. Attentive staff.

"Hotel agradável e bem localizado"

Quartos amplos, limpos e confortáveis. Ótima localização, bem próximo ao metrô e várias opções de restaurantes ao redor do hotel. Café da manhã deixa a desejar. Comida excelente no restaurante, porém o serviço é ruim.

Quarto amplo e aconchegante. Muito bem localizado. Todos os serviços foram prestados com muita rapidez e os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. A limpeza de quarto era muito rápida e eficiente. Equipe simpática e prestativa. Apesar das poucas opções no Buffet de Café da manhã, comida é boa.

"A helpful staff is better than the decor"

We had some difficulties in meeting up with our group tour. Luckily, Javiera at the reception helped us solve the problems by making many phone calls and checking on the computer. We appreciated her passion in helping clients and her high problem solving skills. I hope all receptionists would have an attitude like her to make the stay of visitors an unforgettable memory.
