Homewood Suites by Hilton Southwind - Hacks Cross

I will never stay at this hotel again. It’s is in much need of updating. It’s not very clean, especially the bathroom. The sink in the bathroom did not drain well. The bathroom shower took forever to get warm. The hallways smelled of weed most of the stay. There were not enough towels in the room for the amount of people in our room. When asked for more, they didn’t have anymore towels. It was just overall not a great experience at a Hilton hotel, which we always stay at when traveling for sports.

The breakfast could of been better

The material on the chairs in the room was peeling when ask for extra towels and rags it wasn't available and the ironing board was broke and there were no blow dryer in there also

We stayed several days and it was peaceful. The place was clean. Only slightly dated. We cooked and ate a few meals on site. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay.

The Front desk accommodated us on our early arrival. Staff were friendly and recommended us where to eat. There was no hand cream in the room. We were told they ran out. No gel or bath soap. We had to buy soap and hand cream. Limited choices for breakfast but eggs, waffles and potatoes were tasty. There was a kitchenette+. Pillows were too soft for me. Overall a good stay and area had many restaurant choices

Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff had EXCELLENT customer service; from housekeeping, to the kitchen staff and the front desk receptionists. Didn’t too much care for the smell in the elevator, due to some guests having pets, but I will definitely book again

It was a one night stay at the last minute. The price was ok. The Hotel was clean. The bed was soft. I love the space. The staff was nice. The furniture is in bad condition and is in needs of updated bad. The sofa and chairs were awfully stained. You would not want to set on them. The chairs at the table, the leather, was all peel off. Make sure you park close to the side where your room is at. Very long walk if you don’t.
