Location and it was nice and clean staff was helpful and friendly

The breakfast was 1/10 horrible I’ve never seen oatmeal that had water floating on top like soup and the grits were way undercooked and gritty hard…the eggs was watery too…only thing was fresh was muffins and coffee unfortunately…

3 nights stay at the hotel. 2 nights no A/C in Memphis. Area hotels were booked due to basketball tournament. Finally switced rooms the night before we left. Maintenance tried to service the unit to no avail. Breakfast crew were very nice and the food was good. Denise kept our spirits up and was extremely pleasant our entire visit. We were given a refund for 1 day but I feel it should have been for 2.

Disaster from the time we arrived. First room had a dirty, broken toilet. The second room had a broken refrigerator. Third room, they gave me dirty flat sheets for the sofa bed.

Breakfast hostess chewed me out for using the egg spoon to scoop breakfast meat.

Reception was tired & not friendly. Had to travel outside to get to room. Room smelled of smoke. No blankets, just sheets on the bed. I will not revisit this place.

Absolutely Unacceptable A Disgrace to the Hilton Brand I chose this location based on the Hilton name and didn’t read reviews beforehand ;a decision I truly regret. While the staff were polite, the overall experience was well below Hilton standards. In fact, this place felt more like an extended stay motel than a proper Hilton hotel. Room Conditions: • The shower had visible rust and mold. • Stove burners were rusted. • Chair upholstery was worn and dirty. • The room had a strong, unpleasant odor. • The air conditioning unit was extremely loud. (Maintenance came and addressed the issue) • Most disturbingly, a used disposable douche bottle was left in the vanity drawer a clear sign of poor housekeeping and zero attention to hygiene. I first requested towels at 7:30 PM upon returning to my room for the night. I was told none were available because they were in the washer. I followed up again at 9:19 PM and was told to wait. By 6:00 AM the next morning, I still had no towels. I called again and was told the housekeeping supervisor would be notified once they arrived. I even offered to pick them up myself, but was told none were at the front desk. Housekeeping finally brought towels at 6:54 AM but by then, my son had already given me half dried towel he used from his room so I could wash up and leave by 7:00 AM. This hotel fails in both cleanliness and basic service. Hilton needs to seriously reevaluate this location. Until that happens, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

Room was dirty sheets were not changed. Room amenities were not ready for the amount of guest for the room. House cleaning did not come in to restock.

We have stayed here before 3 or 4 times this time, we've decided that we will not return to this property. The room above us had something crazy going on. My husband had to get up at four a m to go knock on their door. Leather chairs in the kitchen had been peeling and sheds all over the place.
