Quiet clean property

Terribly disappointed in my experience at this location. I booked my room last night at 11:25 pm as we were going to be traveling trough and needed a place to stop and sleep for the night. We arrived at 2am and were met by a security guard who told us the hotel was saying we didn’t have a reservation. I showed them my confirmation number and reservation information and continued to the lobby. There I was told that they had no rooms (on the app it listed several different options available for booking) and my reservation didn’t matter. There were hardly any cars in the parking lot and the lobby was completely empty so I was shocked. The gentleman said he saw my reservation with all my info, so I ask why if there wasn’t a room, I wasn’t given a phone call so I could have looked for another location. He said he had just arrived to work at 11, but again I booked after that that time. About 10 minutes after we left I got the notification he had canceled my reservation. So please beware when booking at this location. I’ve been a Hilton member for years, stayed at multiple locations across the US, and this is my first complaint or negative review. After reading through multiple other reviews, this was a blessing in disguise I didn’t actually have to stay here.

I liked that the pool was warm. We had a good view. The rooms were pretty roomy. Our bathroom was pretty clean.

The room was not clean at all. There seemed to be throw up on the pillows, curtains and couch. It smelled very closed in, not fresh at all.

We couldn’t even stay. The room was dirty, dishes uncleaned, trash can had brown mold sludge, 75 degrees in room. We thought we saw a bug on the pillow. We asked for another room, and it had more evidence of possible bed bugs, so we left. Every room stank, and outside was even worse behind a grocery store dumpster. Walls and carpet everywhere were torn up. The staff tried to help, but since we booked through Orbitz, they don’t have any refund options. Won’t use Orbitz again either.

Limited staffing, inadequate service.

The rooms and entire hotel are dirty and run down.

Definitely worried about the wrong things! They are trying to secure the property and not allow any guest but the rooms are trash. I was moved because my AC wasn’t working to be moved to a room the fridge and microwave doesn’t work. I am so disappointed because I love Hilton but ew do better.
