Absolutely disgusting service by IBIS cancelling our entire stay on arrival no notice or warning given no apology.

You took my money, cancelled the booking on the day of the event (only via email) I have incurred costs as a result and am now struggling to get a response and get my money back! Disgusting!!

I've just had an email from Hotels.com telling me the refund for my cancellation was on it's way. This is the 1st I'd heard of it. didn't cancel, Ibis Wembley did despite having had my money for some time as I paid in advance. I don't believe that when I booked this stay some time ago Ibis didn't know that they'd be closing for renovations. Furthermore Accor have an alternative hotel in the immediate vicinity, The Novotel Wembley, as they're the one's who mase the error my reservation should have been xferred here at no additional cost to myself. As it is I have now had to book alternative accommodation at considerable additional cost to myself as the event I am attending means the best rates for hotel rooms in the area have gone. Disgusted doesn't even come close. I'll not be using Hotels.com or Accor hotels in future.

We had this booked for 30 Aug…. Non refundable, they have been sitting on our £550 for months. Suddenly today they cancel it…. Saying it’s closed but no reason why even when I asked. Is this a greedy ploy to get people to rebook at over £1000…. As if £550 wasn’t bad enough for an ibis….. now we have nowhere to stay and I can’t go to the concert. Terrible. Will never use this company of their sister hotels again.

Nice hotel and staff very accommodating. Room bathrooms are a bit weird and feel like a train or airplane toilet, but otherwise a nice hotel. They also removed all the handles on the windows for the hotel rooms, which wasn't great because it's nice to get fresh air. I was told this was for safety but maybe because people are running A/C with the window open, in any case it would be better to have the option of opening a window!

Greedy greedy corporation. Just cancelled our room in September , which was already 4 times the usual rate to then release it 4 hours later at double what we had it reserved at. This should be illegal .. we had a reservation and it should have been honoured. DO NOT STAY

Amazing budget hotel

Another stay at this great hotel we stayed here for the Oasis concert so the room was 4 x the normal price but this was the same with all the hotels in the area, However I will say that Ibis went all out with the Oasis vibe the hotel was all Oasis themed and Oasis playing at the Bar all day and night also the staff had themed T shirts on which was very cool ! The room was great we were on the 8th floor with a great view of the stadium the room was clean and the air con a welcoming edition! The tea and coffee making facilities were a plus too the shower and bathroom were clean and modern also had a quite nights sleep and the bed was really comfortable! There was only 1 lift working the 2 days we were there which did cause queues but we walked up the stairs as wait time for the lift was quite long sadly ! Breakfast was calm and a nice atmosphere with plenty of fresh selection only thing I would liked to have seen was a veggie sausage option but it didn’t ruin my lovely breakfast! Check out was quick and easy to ! All the staff were friendly and worked very hard to help everyone pass through smoothly! We love it here and are back next week for another night of Oasis fun just hope the lifts last out this time ! Definitely recommend a stay here !

Price was over priced purely because of an oasis concert we were attending. But room was so dated and basic. Would never have booked here otherwise and £8.50 a pint!!!

Not a complaint, but an observation, the property needs some TLC in the rooms; showing some age in the bathrooms, etc. Each staff member I interacted with was polite, positive and helpful.
