ibis London Wembley

So I called the hotel as someone had hacked into my booking.com account to book a stay there on 27th June for 1 night only. The fraudsters had checked in and the receptionist refused to call the met police for me as I live in Scotland. Money taken from my bank account but it seems the Ibis Wembley were not interested in helping me as they had already been paid for the room. Disgraceful!!!

Staff were very helpful and nice considering how busy it was. Within walking distance from Wembley Stadium.

Clean and functional room with a large TV (albeit with limited channels). Great shower with shampoo and body wash. I think there are fourteen or fifteen floors and we were on the sixth. Awesome view from our room and about a three minute walk to wembley stadium. So close to the outlet centre with loads of bars, restaurants and shops. AC was ok with pretty decent WiFi and we had a burger from the kitchen which was pretty good. Didn't try the breakfast so I can't comment on that. Staff were great and friendly. We stayed for two nights for the Guns n Roses gig so hence the four stars as it was quite expensive. All in all pretty good. The two photos are from our room.

Its a budget hotel which I understand however the bathroom was very water damaged. There were damp patches on the ceiling and wet splashes on the wall by the bed. It has no air con either.

Was down for a gig at Wembley so ideal location

Visited for the Dua Lipa concert at Wembley We arrived by train at approx 1pm but thankfully the friendly staff allowed us to check-in early and wavered the fee in return for an email address which we gladly agreed to. The hotel is literally a stones throw to Wembley so it was incredibly handy for our purpose! The staff were all very friendly. The room was small but had everything we hoped for and the AC was a life saver! Bed was comfy, bathroom was small but workable The breakfast the next day was buffet style but good quality, hot and plenty of choice! It’s not the cheapest… but it is in London and right next door to the venue - we would stay again no doubts All in all a great visit

So convenient for Wembley Stadium. Room was clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet considering the location! Impressed to find a hairdryer and clothes steamer in the room too.

All the staff were friendly and helpful, the meals were nice, would definitely book ibis hotel again, recommend to family and friends

It was pretty basic, understand the price was higher given there was an event on but for the price for a single night was pretty high for the condition of the room.

Stayed for 1 night after an event at Wembley stadium. Well worth it for the convenience of the location. Clean, modern, had everything we needed. Also great sound proofing in the rooms so slept really well
