Very friendly

Stayed here for two nights. Room was ok, bed comfortably bathroom fine. Really a basic hotel, but nothing especially wrong, except the bar prices. They operate what they call a traffic light pricing system…..price goes up if it’s busy. It’s outrageous. The price of a pint went up 25% from one night to the next….totally unjustified I wouldn’t stay here again

We stayed here for one night ahead of a concert at the Arena. A lovely welcome by the receptionist. Our room was on the 6th floor and was spotlessly clean and , a good size with a comfy bed . The bathroom was compact but had a good size shower. We experienced no noise from other rooms or corridors. The breakfast was a bit haphazard... Tables were slow to be cleared and food and cutlery slow to be replenished. The dining room staff are what let's this hotel down. A great location with the Arena and Stadium being within a few minutes walk. The shopping g outlet is next door with a range of eateries. The locality felt safe. We were pleased with our stay and would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was awful and a lack of staff. Food constantly ran out. The carpet in the bedroom was dirty and needed replacing. No hand towels provided in bathroom.

I stayed at ibis last night. I initially made a mistake with my booking, but the general manager and reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The beds are really comfy and the rooms are clean—overall a great experience! Priced very good.

It was okay for what was intended. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and the style of the bathroom causes overflow of water as its almost like a wetroom. The carpets inside the rooms and throughout the halls were dirty, old and lifting. The building also had a mouldy smell in the halls and the stair well smelled of sewage. I did however notice works going on during the day on the lower level, I hope this is with intention to rennovate the entire property. Afterall it is a prime location and has all the basic amenties even the staff was nice, just those things need sorting.
