Chalkcroft Lodge

Loved the cozy atmosphere and the decor. Could see the squirrels from our windows running through the tree and little birds singing to wake us up. Really beautiful place. Kids really appreciated the garden, there is a trampoline and a tennis court.

Quirky accommodation, spiral staircase to interconnecting bedrooms upstairs, with pretty garden all around, quiet location. Lovely spacious lounge area with fridge, microwave etc.

No sink in lounge area, running water is upstairs in the bathroom. We could clearly hear the conversation of the owners when using their office.

Lovely setting and great location. Tasteful interior, loads of space, everything we needed was provided. Highly recommended

It was a great and peaceful overnight stay during our UK roadtripping tour. Accomodation is very spacious and comfortable and we had a really pleasent and relaxing night.

As I was riding a motorcycle it was a secure place to stay, greated by a friendly chap who made me feel quite welcome. Could easily fitted a group of five in what I guess was a converted barn. Local pub was great for food, no frills but good home cooked food. Anyone riding the UK TET well worth a stay.
