Clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The bit we were in was a little dated (they were refurbishing though).

The heat being on 3rd floor

Proximité du centre ville. Parfait. Bel établissement. Petit déjeuner très bien. Personnel agréable et réactif. La chambre était spacieuse et donnait sur le jardin. Hotel joliment décoré.

Problème avec la climatisation qui n’a plus fonctionné à la fin du séjour. On nous a fourni 2 ventilateurs car il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et ce n'était pas possible de changer de chambre car l'hôtel était complet.

Consistent, high quality and attentive care from staff. Good quality rooms and fittings, clean. Nice breay, great location.

No aircon in my room in 32 degree heat however I met another guest at breakfast and they said they had it in their room. I booked 6 months in advance to make sure I got looked after but apparently that didn't make any difference. Initially they tried to put me on the third floor which was like a furnace but I insisted on being moved to the first floor and they were very accommodating. In the cooler months I am sure it would be very comfortable but management needs to learn how to deal with hot weather more efficiently because you don't keep the heat out by opening the windows in the middle of the afternoon. The staff were just lovely.

Staff were great, they supplied cold water during the heatwave so a few extra perks. Was lovely.

Huge apartment, pool, fantastic location, very dog friendly, was lovely to spend a few days in a castle! Beautiful sunsets viewed from window that overlooked harbour, very picturesque, Beds very comfortable, slept really well after day sightseeing.
