"Location has the potential but hotel underperforms"

Location great, in beautiful landscape, nice building, good parking, easy walk to downtown

Extrenely noisy rooms (hardly any sound isolation, so you wake up multiple times even if someone is just walking next door); lacking cleaning and no towel change until you ask for it, poor breakfast.

"Nice Hotel"

Nice and quiet location. Friendly staff.

Noisy fan in room which we were told couldn't be turned off but they did move us to another room but lost one night's sleep.

"Exceptional"

The lovely staff, friendly and helpful. We took our little cocker spaniel and she had a bed and bowl ready in the room. We got an upgrade and wow it was special. Breakfast was wonderful with lovely, cheerful staff on hand to take care of us. Food was self service, plentiful and delicious. A highly recommended hotel and we are booking with them again. We went 29.4 to 2.5.26 with Canterbury on our door and so much to see and do. Try the punt experience it was great.

Nothing we didn't like, it was 100% perfect for us as a couple with a little dog.

WOW. What a lovely place. Lovely staff, great room. Service was outstanding. Any issues were resolved very promptly. Cant wait to visit again. Welcomed me and my little dog with open arms
